Application to Graduate
Filing of this form with the Office of the Registrar constitutes application by the student to be awarded a degree. This may and will be used by the University to initiate preparation for commencement and the diploma. This Application to Graduate must be filed by any Graduate or Medical Student in order to be recommended to the Board of Fellows for the voting of the degree. The deadline for filing the Application to Graduate is the last business day in April of the Commencement year . |
