Disability Support Services
Disability Support Services (DSS) coordinates services for students with physical, psychological, and learning disabilities. Offices througout the University provide accommodations and services for students with disabilities, including temporary ones. Students requesting an accommodation due to a qualifying disability should register with Disability Support Services. Requests for accommodation are evaluated individually and must include a DSS Registration Form as well as current documentation of the area of disability before they can be processed. To start the registration process, please email dss@brown.edu or call 401-863-9588. Students are encouraged to register by July 1, 2008, especially if they will need accommodations that require advance planning. |
