Wilson-Deblois Award
Congratulations to Nancy Picard, this year's recipient of the Wilson-DeBlois Award. This award is given annualy by the Graduate Student Council to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to graduate students.

2008-09 Mellon Graduate Workshops
The Graduate School has received a $571,000 grant to support dissertation workshops in the humanities and social sciences.

May is, of course, Commencement. The Graduate School will once again lead the graduation procession on its way down the hill and back up to Lincoln Field where approximately 175 PhD and 360 Master’s degrees will be awarded.
