Applications Rise 27%: The Graduate School has more than 8,600 applications in hand, as of Feb. 1, compared with 6,800 at this time last year. As reported in the Providence Journal, interest is at an all-time high.
The jump includes a 32% increase in international applications, as of February. “Brown’s rising global profile is certainly a driver in this surge of interest,” says Dean Sheila Bonde.
